It is disheartening when we see clients not pleased with our services. However, when we come across posts that are inaccurate we feel the urgency to respond.\r
We pulled the record of the case Anjana is referring to. Several things come up that do not match with her claim. We commonly refer to these things as FACTS.\r
Fact: Anjana spent a total of $537.98 in the span of two years. 2003- 2005. We are unsure where she got the "thousands of dollars" comment.\r
Fact: Several attempts were made by us to bring the pet back in for care were declined when she complained the pet was not improving.\r
Fact: Reasons she stated she could not bring the pet in were financial.\r
Fact; We offered a referral to NC State. Again declined.\r
Fact: The services also includes an euthanasia. Apparently we weren't so bad that they brought their pet back to us to relieve its suffering.\r
