Review content:
Lombard Veterinary Hospital gives sufficient care if you are just looking for yearly check-ups and vaccinations for your pets. If your pet is ill, has an emergency, or needs surgery, I would never recommend taking them to this facility. Their emergency care is virtually non-existent, their diagnostic abilities are definitely sub-par, and I would never take any pet there for surgery. I had been taking three pets there for over ten years and was very contented with the care until all three started having medical problems. One dog went undiagnosed with cancer for at least a year, another received an infection during surgery, and a third was left unattended for fourteen hours overnight when admitted to the medical area., and had to be euthenized. Don't ever leave your pet overnight in any facility and if it is absolutely necessary make sure that they have 24 hour supervision.
