I am so disappointed! \r
They charged me more then what they said, when I took in my dog. She had the nerve to charge me a matted fee. I spent an hour the night before brushing my dog. I know he was not matted. They were to leave him "fluffy", his was SHAVED! Then why charge me a matted fee? I did not ask for him to be short! \r
I told them I just wanted a trim!\r
Plus they left the hair on his face uneven, with a scissor mark across his hair. They cut the top of his head with the machine, leaving it the same size as the body!\r
He is a Maltese... I've done better at home.. It looks terrible. I want to cry!!!
