Review content:
Called company to check air flow of my AC / was not cooling or heating properly. Was told my duct work was not properly installed and wanted to sell me a new AC system and replace all duct work. Cost of $12,000. Attempted to explain that the system was only 3 years old and had no problems in the past. Would not even go into crawlspace to check duct work / insisting that was not the problem. A different tech responded about 2 weeks later (after insisting they check the ducts) and actually crawled under the house and located several holes in the flex duct. He was attempting to explain that the cost would be approx $600 and his supervisor kept calling over the radio that he needed to check back in service / that he had spent too much time on my job. Tech promised he would explain to his supervisor what was actually needed to fix my problem and set up a date / time to repair duct. That was 2 years ago and no phone call. Contacted a small company and they fixed the problem for $480.
