G&K is a solid company. Propane is not cheap and that drives most of my own negativity. I'd have to agree with the earlier poster that the office staff is less than customer friendly, but they do their job. \r
I get most frustrated by the lack of planning. I can't count on the truck being by on a certain day, unless I manage the gauge myself and call myself. I'd like to know that someone will be by to check to see if I need propane or not and I'd like to be able to take less than a full tank. At $500-600 for a fill, it is a somewhat traumatic experience when the truck comes, oh say at the end of a month, and the bank card takes a huge hit like that. With a little predictability, I could better manage the account so that it wouldn't take so much of a single bite. \r

Not sure about the continued rental charge. I have now paid for 5 years.....Seems strange to me. \r

But they provide us a basic service and there are quirks to it. Sooooo.....
