Review content:
This was one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I was tricked into letting Bob's Towing company in Campbell tow my car from an accident on 85 Freeway and De Anza. They mislead me while I was in a vulnerable position. The owner advertised a $75 towing fee, then said I had to pay $170 in cash to tow to my preferred body shop. They said I could have my insurance tow from their shop the next day. Made me come in person to "release" the car to my insurance. They tried to convince me to have repairs done with them and I again refused. They were rude and then "didn't like my attitude" so will not release my car to my insurance until my husband appears in person. My husband in on vacation for another week -- they have my car and keys until he comes back!
