I know that this florist has a very good reputation around town but I was treated very rudely when I went in to inquire about wedding flowers. After keeping me waiting for a half hour, I was asked the date of my wedding and when the woman realized that it was the day before Mother's Day I was rudely told that they couldn't do it. I asked why not and was told that they wouldn't have the time since they are so busy then and that they make more off Mother's Day than a wedding so it wasn't worth it. The woman went so far as to tell me that I would not find a florist for that weekend and that I should consider picking a new wedding date. Sure, whatever. I did find a florist, very much cheaper than Jan Dell and quite a bit nicer and my flowers were absolutely gorgeous.
