They always worked short staff and then you'd get bitched at for not keeping up. When state came in then management and office staff got off their ass to help, EVER time! This place REALLY felt like they NEVER really cared about the residents. My own boss gossiped to me and talked nasty of residents, I didn't say nuttin, didn't know how to react at the time. The aides are too lazy, they don't encourage residents to get involved in activites. Oh, I just layed her down tell her it's full, to keep resident in bed.
