Review content:
I ordered a textbook from this store last year and didn't receive the CD that came along with the book. I contacted the store and they re-ordered another book for me but they never called me back to let me know that the order expired for some reason. Unfortunately it had been over their 30 day return period when I checked on the order and was told they may have ran out of that book and that's why it expired. I was told if I come into the store and speak with a manager they "may" be able to give me a store credit but she wasn't sure. They should have contacted me because now I can't re-sell my used textbook to someone else.
