Truly avoid this practice! The dentist is ok but not nearly good enough to have to put up with his horrible support staff. I went there for my son's first dental visit - again the dentist was ok but nothing spectacular in my 3 minute visit. Apparently there was a very, very small fee not paid by my insurance company. I got a call almost a full year after my visit treating me like a leper over $13. I was put off because I hadn't heard anything from them for a full year, then get a call as if I've stolen something. I asked for documentation and again was argued with. Told them they were about to lose a paitent over their treatment of me to which the little girl said ""well you haven't come here in a year anyway"".... last time I checked, yearly visits were the norm for a 2 year old. And it's nice to know they care about their patients and community. A simple ""sorry we overlooked contacting you"" would have sufficed. As I was conveying this to my co-workers, no less than 4 of them said they had the same experience. I work too hard and long to fight with anybody whom I'm paying to care for my son! \r
I wonder if this dentist knows how much money his office staff is costing him.
Pros: Ok dentist
Cons: Horrible office staff
