Sorry both of you have had bad experiences at MVIM. The practice has experienced lot's of problems over the past four years. Believe me there is a new sheriff in town, and changes are happening quickly to bring this practice back to it's former glory. If you have a problem bring it to the attention of the new practice administrator, and believe me it will be fixed immediately. Never hesitate to express your complaints about your care, the staff or the doctors.
