Review content:
This is the first review I've ever written, but I felt compelled to respond after reading some of the other reviews that I came across while looking up the office phone number. The particular doctor that I see is thorough, compassionate, and open minded. I left the practice briefly, as I, like the reviewer below, have a number of health issues, and I thought one the ""concierge"" practices might be better suited to my needs. While the concierge practice might have been able to see me more quickly, I found very little difference in the standard of care. I have a better rapport with my doctor at MVIM and save a substantial amount of money not having to suck up the concierge fee. I find the support staff efficient and friendly, as well. The office recently made special accommodations for my college age child to be seen for a physical on short notice. I don't know of many practices these days where you can actually speak to a live person when calling in. Leaving a message doesn't bother me, although I admit if I had an urgent question, I would want to speak with someone immediately. I feel lucky to have found a good doctor who genuinely cares about my health.
