I do not recommend these people at all. My furnace was working just fine, but it was due for a yearly checkup. Their technician came and managed to short out a fairly new thermostat that was installed only a year or two ago. So I ended up paying $300 for this fiasco. The technician said I would get a rebate if I ordered a new furnace from them. This is extortion! Just for laughs I asked for a quote from them, as well as two other companies, and their quote came out to be the highest by far. So much for my rebate. Use these people at your own risk.
