I do not recommend these people at all. My furnace was working just fine, but it was due for a yearly checkup. Their technician came and managed to short out a fairly new thermost...

I do not recommend these people at all. My furnace was working just fine, but it was due for a yearly checkup. Their technician came and managed to short out a fairly new thermostat that was installed only a year or two ago. So I ended up paying $300 for this fiasco. The technician said I would get a rebate if I ordered a new furnace from them. This is extortion! Just for laughs I asked for a quote from them, as well as two other companies, and their quote came out to be the highest by far. So much for my rebate. Use these people at your own risk. more

So helpful 9/14/2010

My A/C had been out and I called a competitor. They wanted to do over $700 worth of work. I said no.\r After talking with a close friend and because he had such good things to say, I called White and Williams. A technician (Gary, I believe) explained that I needed to let my A/C run a half day before I'd really notice much difference. So that is what I did.\r Thank you White and Williams. I am keeping your phone number...and your competitor?? Guess who I'll remember in a bad way. more

I have used a few different companies in the area for my HVAC needs. I have called back only one - White & Williams. I can say that I have always felt fairly treated, never ripped off, which is a pretty big complement. They always provide the necessary work without trying to add on extra repairs or extra time. They also provide after-hours calls (although it will cost you $$) and it is nice to know you have the option. I needed it when I came home on a Friday evening to no heat and below freezing weather outside. They came that evening and did the repairs as quickly as possible. Donny handles our zip code (usually) and is always professional and polite. I hope to never have to call them again . . . but when the time comes I won't hesitate to dial their number. more

Excellent with heat pump 8/2/2006

I use this business for all my hvac requirements. They service our home heat pumps annually and perform repairs as needed. They are quick to come in an emergency, are very reasonably priced, and are friendly. They look out for cost-effectiveness when there's a decision to make. PROS: Knowledge, price, cost-conscious, conscientious CONS: None more
