Review content:
After several years of dealing with Scooterworks over the internet - I finally was able to visit. The universe came together and a trip to Chicago from Detroit - came to be. I was long over due to visit a friend - who I find out lives a few blocks from Scooterworks and then there was the Wacky and Weird Ride they organized, and explanation of the Scooterworks Dealership and the Mail Order Scooterworks. In these times it is was good to see a small niche company growing!.... They must be doing something right.. I was given a tour, and chatted with the staff. I was treated well, a combination of vip customer and favorite family member.. They are taking an interest in their customers - focusing on the relationship building. I had a list of questions and they answered all of them. I bought a few things - after himming and hawwing about having to take things on the train - they worked some deals for my ""hassles"". I won't spoil Scootersworks Mail Order signature suprise if you haven't ordered from them before - but don't be afraid too... I'm planning on another trip back - with my 1980 p125x to have them go over it from front to back.. I don't think they realized that I was interviewing them... LOL... So have fun at Scooterworks - these folks are great... dealers, friends, customers - the lines are blurred in a very good way... P.S. Whatever happened back in 2007 - is history - new organization, staff, attitude. Growing, Learning, Getting Better...
