I'd give them lower than a 1 star if I could. The rails of the 2-door roll-up garage were not stablized on the side to the frame of the door - causing enough movement for the rollers to slip out of the track. This is the second time the rollers have come off the track. This is in a rental -- the 1st time it happened the tenant was able to fix it. There is now a new tenant. We called and explained the situation asking them to correct the problem. The answer: ""we're not responsible, that's your problem - good luck"" and he hung up the phone! We had 4 doors installed - guess they felt we were no longer a viable customer.
