It's a shame it's all about them because the facility is clean, they like our pets, and the doctors seem to know their stuff. But the staff's arrogant, know-it-all attitude is rude and disrespectful. They are defensive with all questions, especially those involving fees. And they are unwilling to work with clients to solve problems. Instead of assuming questions are for a better understanding, they assume you don't want to pay them. It's odd because most pet owners are grateful for the good care of their pets. After putting up with this crap attitude for a year, and their high product markups, I'm moving on. There must be vets in the Orlando area that are pleasant and nice to their customers.
