I rate this business a ----0 !!! There quality of merchandise is terrible and i will never shop there again! I spent nearly $1000.00 on a recliner and when they delivered it on the 18th of June i noticed something was not right about it. It sat whop sided and leaned to the right. Since then i have called them several times and somebody came up from the complaint dept on that Fri and noticed the problem right off. Today is July the 2nd and i still have a broken recliner with promises they would be to pick it up on the 5th and fix it. I don't feel that that is satisfactory. I shouldn't have to go through this with that kind of money i paid to have a refurbished recliner. If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this please comment back to me! My back has hurt so bad i now am facing a Dr.'s appt for some help with my back! However as i stated, NEVER will i step foot back in their door again! I only wish i had read the reviews before i went down there. I need some help fast!
