Scott's Furniture Company is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a couch and was told originally that it would take one week to come in, It has now been three and I was offered to come look at another couch that was similar. I take off of work today to come look at it and it was the couch I had ordered. They did not notice it was my order and put it on the sales floor, and before inviting me to come look at it did not check it. Also I was told that I would be getting two years interest free on the financing that I did. The two years interest free was on the sign out in front of the store, the sales person told me it would be two years interest free, and the woman that helped me sign the paper work said that it was two years interest free. When the bank lady called she advised me that they put on the paper work one year interest free. I asked the lady at the store about it and she simply told me she would TRY to fix it and call me tomorrow, but she could not make any promises. I will update if somehow they turn this into a positive experience, but right now I would advise to avoid this place like the plague.
