This was probably the worst place to get your oil changed EVER. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! and I will tell you why--- I called them at 8:00 am to see if they could give me one of their oil change specials. They said, "Sure, we aren't busy take it in any time." So I said, "Okay, but can I just tell you that I would like to make an appointment at 3:30 just to be safe?" He said ok no problem. So I actually bring in it at 3 pm just to make sure it would be in and out. Guess what happened? I came in and gave the guy my keys to my wrangler. he then informs me that the special is not applicable to me and my oil change would be considerably higher. I said, ok, its still a little cheaper than Jiffy Lube so go ahead. He said, it may take half an hour. I say, no problem. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER after watching Oprah and f'ing DR PHIL they still had not even pulled my wrangler to the shop to change the oil. I insisted they give me my keys back and that I speak to manager. H
