Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!! DO NOT!! I wanted to leave a 0 star but there is no such choice availabLe. A little while ago, I saw their commercial on TV for $19.99 oil change. I went this store and was told that was applicable to smaller cars. Mine is a Toyota 4Runner with 6 cylinders(not 8). They told me the change would be $29.99. I let them did the change anyway. When I picked up the car, they charged me extra oil separately because they said they need to put in more oil because I had a bigger car/engine!? They did not do the free tire rotations, etc. They did not top any fluid levels. And the worst, they even did not put enough engine oil while charged me more for a bigger car/engine. The oil level is lower than the lower mark on the oil stick after the engine was off for a whole night. If the engin was on, the level should at even lower level on the stick. After I paid $33.00 for the said $19.99 change, I had to buy another two bottles of oil and put them in more

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GO HERE!!! They are the most unprofessional people you'll ever meet. They wasted 2 hours of my time telling all the things that were wrong with my car...air filter and power steering fluid change...yea, 2 hours for that and then wasted another 1/2 hour trying to find my tire release and another 1/2 hour deciding if they wanted to cover my tire (I have hazard insurance throught them) because of where the nail entered the tire....are you kidding me?? Really?? I'm not giving them any stars and they've lost a customer for life. The money is just not worth it. Save yourself some time and go to a place where they KNOW what they're doing! These people are a joke. more

The guys here have always been wonderful. They have given great explanations and offered less expensive alternatives to some costly repairs. I only get my oil changes here now. I can stop it and have the oil checked and they will add as needed. It is close to work and I am able to give them the time they need to fit it in around other cars. However on the times that I have had to stay and wait for it they have always been quick and on schedule. more

This was probably the worst place to get your oil changed EVER. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! and I will tell you why--- I called them at 8:00 am to see if they could give me one of their oil change specials. They said, "Sure, we aren't busy take it in any time." So I said, "Okay, but can I just tell you that I would like to make an appointment at 3:30 just to be safe?" He said ok no problem. So I actually bring in it at 3 pm just to make sure it would be in and out. Guess what happened? I came in and gave the guy my keys to my wrangler. he then informs me that the special is not applicable to me and my oil change would be considerably higher. I said, ok, its still a little cheaper than Jiffy Lube so go ahead. He said, it may take half an hour. I say, no problem. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER after watching Oprah and f'ing DR PHIL they still had not even pulled my wrangler to the shop to change the oil. I insisted they give me my keys back and that I speak to manager. H more

I would not recommend this Mr. Tire to anyone. I took my car in to the Mr. Tire store in Annapolis a couple of weeks ago to address an idling issue - I dropped the car off with them and after I picked it up and paid nearly $800 in repairs, it still wasn't fixed. They of course told me the car was running fine when I picked it up. I brought it back the very next day and they told me that it needed more repairs, separate from what they had already done. They promised me they would take care of it this time. They even offered to pay for a rental car while they address the issue. After keeping the car for almost a week, the Asst. Manager ran up another $900+ in charges, without my authorization, told me the car was running "perfect", and the car still isn't fixed. To add insult to injury, they didn't pay for the rental car as promised, and now I'm in the middle of a dispute with them over these charges. All that is to say - stay away from these guys - they are both dishonest and unprofess more

I don't know about other Mr. Tire centers, but this one ripped me off. I paid for an alignment for my car, along with two tire repairs. Not only did they lie about the tires needed repaired, but they never performed the alignment. And, they wouldn't make it right by actually doing an alignment without me paying for it again. I was reinforced that I always should wait for my car to be repaired instead of leaving at the shop while I am at work. more
