DON'T USE THEM, see why after: I've had used them for a year now on several occasions, this last one changed my mind for good though. When you go there you have to navigate a mile or so down a very bad gravel and dirt road, which is bad enough if you like your car. The place is okay, like a lot of kennels it has dirt and smells. On the prior occasion it rained while we were gone and my dog was in a wet bed when I picked her up.\r \r The last time is the problem. Last Tuesday at 5:30 my wife got a call that no one should get. Her mother had been in the hospital and the doctors said she would have no chance for recovery and they wanted to take her off life support. We had to rush out to the Palm Desert area to get there and needed a place for our Boston. I called and no one answered so I left a message and put her in the car and rushed over. \r \r When I got there at 10 minutes before close I was "welcomed" by a woman named Lynn (or Lynne) who told me I shouldn't have driven in that
