Canine Country Club

DON'T USE THEM, see why after: I've had used them for a year now on several occasions, this last one changed my mind for good though. When you go there you have to navigate a mile or so down a very bad gravel and dirt road, which is bad enough if you like your car. The place is okay, like a lot of kennels it has dirt and smells. On the prior occasion it rained while we were gone and my dog was in a wet bed when I picked her up.\r \r The last time is the problem. Last Tuesday at 5:30 my wife got a call that no one should get. Her mother had been in the hospital and the doctors said she would have no chance for recovery and they wanted to take her off life support. We had to rush out to the Palm Desert area to get there and needed a place for our Boston. I called and no one answered so I left a message and put her in the car and rushed over. \r \r When I got there at 10 minutes before close I was "welcomed" by a woman named Lynn (or Lynne) who told me I shouldn't have driven in that more

They always take good care of our dog when she is there, they also take her out to the run every day so she is not in the kennel the whole time. They always remember our dog and she seems happy when we pick her up. more

Our dog is an experienced boarder plus goes to doggie daycare twice a week. Our usual kennel, Calgrove Kennels, was booked solid so we tried Canine Country Club for the first time. Our dog came home completely unable to bark....either from barking her head off for the four days she was there or getting hanked on. She's never ever come home from any kennel she ever stayed at like that. Will never return or reccomend. more

I dont trust people with my babies, however, I do trust this facility and would recommend them to my friends. They provide excellent service and my dogs love them. more

We left my two dogs there over a long weekend. I left food for them as they are rather picky and I had them together. When I picked them up none of the food I left was used and my already little dog was very hungry and there was no water in the pen. I asked about their care and was treated rather rudely. I would not recommend. more

I don't normally board my dogs. However, we were going on vacation and I could not leave them alone. Canine Country club has wonderful outdoor pens with plenty of room. more

I boarded my two dogs here over the Christmas holidays. They had an inside kennel. I felt it was dirty and smelled of urine. The price is good when compared to another local kennel, but I will not board my dogs here again. more
