This store is a joke. I only went here because I had a coupon and it was close to my house. I came in for a tire patch (I picked up a small nail and had a small air leak. I drove to the store on this tire after I filled it with some air). I also needed an oil change. When the person called me to tell me about the status of my car, it was already 3 hours AFTER they said the work would be completed. They told me the sidewall on the tire was damaged and I would need a new tire. I knew immediately that this was a LIE because I just bought that tire 3 months ago and I had inspected it prior to bringing it in. I knew the guy was just trying to sell me a new tire (which is about 160$ for my car). I told the salesman that there is no sidewall damage and I just need the small nail hole replaced. He seemed startled to discover that he was talking to a customer that was educated and informed. I?m no dummy: I know that the free tire patch and oil change coupons are just cons to get people to bri
