This store is a joke. I only went here because I had a coupon and it was close to my house. I came in for a tire patch (I picked up a small nail and had a small air leak. I drove to the store on this tire after I filled it with some air). I also needed an oil change. When the person called me to tell me about the status of my car, it was already 3 hours AFTER they said the work would be completed. They told me the sidewall on the tire was damaged and I would need a new tire. I knew immediately that this was a LIE because I just bought that tire 3 months ago and I had inspected it prior to bringing it in. I knew the guy was just trying to sell me a new tire (which is about 160$ for my car). I told the salesman that there is no sidewall damage and I just need the small nail hole replaced. He seemed startled to discover that he was talking to a customer that was educated and informed. Do Not Take Your Car To Mr. Tire !!!!! 9/12/2011

I did not heed the warnings and got burned. Got the tires OK, but he brought out as bogus old rusty lug nut and said it was mine and needed to be changed. I said Ok(not thinking) what's a lug nut cost $12. Since I took the bait on that one, he comes out and says ,now I need a new wheel stud, $100 .When I got home I looked at my lug nuts and they all looked new,then I knew I had been taken ! GET YOUR TIRES ELESWHERE !!!!!!! more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE 3/1/2011

They will look at stuff they're not supposed to look at and tell you something else is wrong than what you brought it in for. They think if you're a woman, they can take advantage of you. By taking apart something entirely different than what I paid them to do, they caused issues elsewhere causing my car to break down the next day. I guess they thought I would bring it back, ha not. Little did they know that I have family that works on cars, just couldn't do what I asked them to do. You will get screwed, fair warning. more

Tire Prices OK, all else???? 1/2/2011

I took my 1999 Toyota Sienna in for new front tires and a front end alignment. They had the best "out-the-door" price for the tires and I had a 20% off coupon for the alignment. After getting the call I went to pick up the car only to learn that 1. they did not do the alignment because, according to the mechanic, it need it the front wheel bearings replaced at a cost of $600.00 for the 2 front wheel bearings and 2. It also needed the rear shocks replaced ? at a cost of $400.00. I drove 1/4 of a mile down Joppa Rd. to NTB and dropped the vehicle off for the alignment, they called 2 hours later and the job was completed as needed. When I asked the mechanic if there was anything wrong with the wheel bearings he said "no, the alignment was off by only +/- 5% on the right wheel and no adjustments were needed on the left side at all?. I also purchased the rear shocks at Advance Auto and replaced them in one hour (myself) for a total cost of $32.00 for Heavy Duty shocks.\r It?s evident t more

They Where There When I Needed Them.. 7/27/2007

I posted a review about another Mr Tire located here In Catonsville MD, Which wasn't very helpful to my needs, as they dropped the ball, This Mr Tire Made up for the difference. They even installed A lift kit on my jeep in which they have never attempted before. As I walked them through the steps, The Mechanics all gathered around as if I was teaching a class. Note our Jeep is and eye full but this was something new and everyone wanted to see how it was done. Not only have I return to have alignments and other service I feel I can trust them with my next job, However i have faith in allot of other service centers, so I must comment about them as well. I save Different jobs for different centers. But this Mr Tire Is very high on my list of good people at a reasonable price. more
