Scheduled an appt w/ them to get a set of 4 new tires only to be told when I got there that they didn't have them in stock. I had to cancel plans I had made b/c I wouldn't have new tires in time. They called me back to then say they had to ship them from their distributor in Ohio so I would be responsible for the shipping-an extra $20 a tire. So to get this straight, I've already been jerked around, made a wasted trip, canceled another trip, and now I have to pay for shipping tires that are supposed to be in stock in their store. I said thanks for the inconvenience but no thanks. I'm looking elsewhere for new tires. Don't come to this place. They are so unorganized and unprofessional and expect the customer to pay for their mistakes w/ no apologies.
