I have had two bad experiences with Mr. Tire. When they're selling tires to you, they are polite but will try to get you to get every warranty. When it is a small job, like patching a tire or getting a nail out of a tire, they try to make the job bigger than it is. I needed a patch work recently and they did it but of course found that there was a nail in my other tire. (I'm suspicious on how it got there.) I asked if they could patch that tire and they refused, told me it was a liability and that I needed new tires. (of course) They told me this information in a tone like my tire would explode the minute I would start driving on it. I listened to their interaction with the lady before me who came in for an oil change. She was scared to drive the car after they talked to her. They made it sound like that it would break down as soon as she left the shop. This is not the first time I have seen Mr. Tire use this tactic.
