Looking for a real butcher shop? Try Gem meats. Hidden in an unassuming strip-mall this place is truly what the name implies, a gem! It's not cheap, but you really get what you pay for. Want your beef aged, no problem they've got lockers. Steak? They ask you how thick you want your cut, and carve it right there! Chicken? Be careful when you order by the breast, they sell you the whole thing! (Both halves)
