I had read the reviews as well as a description of this shop online before I took my car in. I had high hopes that they would at least be able to tell me what was wrong with it. After taking it in at the beginning of the week to be looked at and to diagnose the problem (for free) I was told they wouldn't be able to check it until the next day. No problem. The next day... still no progress, they told me what they think the problem MIGHT be and quoted the maximum amount it could cost. I asked them to figure out exactly what the problem was and we'd take it from there. Another day later I got a phone call saying they hadn't opened it up to diagnose the problem yet, when I aksed when they would have that done I was told between 9-11am the next morning. By 11am, nothing. So I call at 11:30 to find out what's going on only to find out they hadn't even gotten started until I called. Finally I had enough!
