Review content:
We have gone to this vet for several years and need a reliable place to board our dog. But it has gotten to the point where no one in my family wants to be the one to drop off the dog. When checking in there is a laundry list of add-ons. You are made to feel like a "heel" when you say no to extra cuddle time or a nightly pupsicle. I have also noticed during physicals that heartworm and tick medicines were added on my bill without my permission, I had to ask that they be removed. I can get them elsewhere for less. Recently, the dog needed surgery to and while checking in I was asked to add on another surgery that our family considered cosmetic. After calling to state that we did not want the add-on surgery, the Dr. even called me at home one last time to make sure. I felt like I had to say no three times, before I was heard. So while they do strive to provide the best service, you better have a strong backbone or the add-ons will cost you a fortune.
