I am new to the area (about 3 months) and my dog, Max means the world to me and has seen me though a lot difficult times. As soon as I walked through the door, Ivana greeted me with a warm smile. The nurse escorted us to the exam room, sat with us to find out my concerns and offered me coffee or tea!! Dr. Pineda was so great because she took the time to explain to me what was going on with Sampson and allowed ME to make an educated decision. I don't recall ever having any vet take the time she did in helping me try to understand what was going on and what she recommended and WHY. It made me feel important. I will be recommending others to the hospital!! And by the way, the tour was great... nice resort!!
