This facility has the worse business skills I have ever seen. They have NO regard for their employees or customers. The animal care is great, but it seems to me that they treat humans like animals. \r

I will no longer seek care for my pets from this company. I would rather drive many more miles to someone with moral and ethical values, than to be a witness to this kind of human abuse. \r

I will not support this bad behavior and would encourage anyone who's looking for care, SEEK IT ELSEWHERE.
