Deerfoot Animal Clinic

I took my half/lab and chow there for her usual shots and to get her ear medication (her ear has a recurring infection). And to my delight they were offering free dental examination ("yes something from a veterinarian for free!"). They told me that my dog teeth were in decent shape but if I wanted to improve them that I could buy some doggy treats that improve the health of their teeth, and that I could buy that there or just wait it out to get a off brand product somewhere else. They ran the usual amount of tests on my dog and said everything was in order. Its always a thrill to know that your pet is in good health. I haven't got the credit card bill yet but Ive never had a bill at that Vet over 50 dollars (probably because they keep my dog in such good health) more

This facility has the worse business skills I have ever seen. They have NO regard for their employees or customers. The animal care is great, but it seems to me that they treat humans like animals. \r \r I will no longer seek care for my pets from this company. I would rather drive many more miles to someone with moral and ethical values, than to be a witness to this kind of human abuse. \r \r I will not support this bad behavior and would encourage anyone who's looking for care, SEEK IT ELSEWHERE. more

Our family and pets have always received exceptional service at Deerfoot Animal Clinic. The Drs. and staff 'ooooh and awwh' over our Labs like they are their own! I know if our dogs could talk, they would give a great review! more

Everyone here seems to love all the animals. They do not rush you through an examination and take time explaining problems, options, solutions. I've used the kennel also and they do a good job. I just wish the animals had an opportunity to have more frequent and easier access to the outside. PROS: Compassionate and caring CONS: limited on kennel accomodations more
