I had major construction done on my home in 2008. Before selecting my contractors, I got bids from at least 3 vendors in each field I needed someone and analyzed each bid that was presented to me for the same work to be done. Cilento was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive. They assured me that the work would be done on time and were the only vendor who was willing to stand behind their promise and share any additional expenses for my being out of my home if the project took longer than promised. (It wasn't necessary, cause their work was done on time!) They also were the only one to warranty their work for a full year. Other vendors gave anywhere from a 30 day to 90 day warranty on equipment and then you had to be able to read thru all the exceptions before service would be provided. This has not been the case with Cilento Pipeline! It is now a year after the work was done. They have serviced my home usually within 1-2 hours of my calling. His staff has always been cour
