i cant even begin to describe the awful experience i had with this business. i took my upholstery machine in to be serviced,when i got it back it was an older more worn out model. it was instantly obvious when i removed the plastic covering that it was not my machine.i was so devistated.this is how i provide for my family.the older machine gives me alot of problems and frustraights me on a dailey basis. i did take it back and all i got was verbal abuse .hard to believe an incident like this could be considered life changing ,but that machine was my families bread and butter and the one i have now makes every upholstery job i do unbearably harder....when reading these reviews please carefully check the name on the good reviews ,looks like his wife has written some of them posing as a happy customer her name is colleen edwards
