Review content:
Many Moons ago I hired Golden State to install a garage door at my first house. Since we were only going to use the garage for storage and new electrical was required to install an automatic opener I opted not to do so. Within the first year of having it the door broke. Since it was only used for storage it had only been opened a handful of time (we had access from the house also). When I called the company to have them come out and look at it the owner spoke rudely to me, yelled at me and then hung up on me (even the second time I called) My Husband who is also a contractor called him and even though he treated him with more respect than I, he did not come out to look at it. \r

Bottom line, I ended up having to pay another company to repair the door which I was told was not installed properly to begin with. The part of the door which was repaired has worked fine since being fixed, but the handle which was not an issue at the time has had to be fixed a couple of times by the tenan
