Teachers are ok... but they also have to do what management says. I honestly do not believe they have any experience in what THEIR doing . I have been out of ratio with tons of kids and they will sit there and wait for the next employee to come in before they get off their ass and get in a room. They absolutly refuse to get into a room all except megan she actually interacts with the children.\r

Managment does not answer the buzzes- when I buzz up to the office its because something is wrong ( I tried to minimize my contact with managment as MUCH AS possible) I had a kid that was bleeding and they would not answer the buzz, I had blood all over me and they got on me for not scrubbing the carpet, hello I had blood all over me they needed to stay in the room so I can go to the bathroom and clean myself up! Instead they yell at me for the wrong reason... the CHILDREN s
