These people are horrible. The agent was actually very nice and I thought things went off without a hitch until I was served with foreclosure papers. I called them, since I used to be a Fl. licensed realtor and I know that it is illegal among other things, i.e. 10k jewelry was stolen the first weekend .I didn't bother telling the agent, he couldn't have known. Bottom line, the owner, Francis Jacob told me "it's too bad you still have to pay foreclosure or not" Fortunately my husband is an atty and I am a former realtor. Will take up Francis with the Real Estate Commission. The agent caught a lot of grief from the owner who knew what was going on since he agreed to allow the Landlord to send HIS legal mail to Renters Paradise. I have made amends with the Landlord but will take Renters Paradise Owner until he is out of business!
