Having been seriously violated going in and out (at the end of the rental contract), It will behoove any one else to avoid this agency like the plague. Vermin is the word that comes to mind.\r
THERE ARE TONS OF HOMES FOR RENT BY OWNERS. WHY BOTHER WITH AN AGENCY????????\r
You will be able to negotiate with them for better terms and they will be more flexible too. The owners are desperate for anyone to stay at their house/apt in this market. \r
