We trust Dr. Bhakri and his staff with our beloved companions. ELC Vet has shown us over and over again how much they care for our pets, are patient with us when we want more details on a medical condition in order to make an informed decision, and have gone above and beyond the normal provider/patient relationship.\r

Our feline companions are our family, and is important to us that they are comfortable with the vet and his staff - which they definitely are. When boarded there, they are spoiled in a good way. \r

Dr. Bhakri has excellent communication with us calling back to answer questions, calling us to follow up on our cat's recovery, explaining things clearly to us, and talking things through with us if necessary to make a treatment decision.\r

Dr. Bhakri knows how sensitive one of our cats is to medication and is very forthcoming with successful treatment suggestions that work without medication when possible.\r
