For about 18 years I have been a loyal customer of UPCO. I administrate and coordinate for our dog rescue organization based in Florida, and can't say enough good (if not GREAT) things about UPCO. Product selection is outstanding (and, it's ever-growing - they keep up with the pace, offering new products all the time), their prices are wonderful, all order processing is super fast and efficient (they fill orders pronto, and advise of your shipping status, with lightning speed), and on the very rare occasion I have returned something (I think maybe 2 times over the last 15 or so years) there is never, ever a problem. Their customer service reps are cheerful and friendly. They are very accommodating and I highly recommend doing business with them. Ask for some extra catalogs and give them to your pet-loving friends.
