Review content:
I wish I knew more about cats when I was using their services. I was given two cats and took them to Banfield to get their annual shots and checkups. One cat's blood work came back abnormal, and wound up costing me at least $1,000 in bills before they realized she was allergic to grass. They originally said she had leukemia. I also found out that they gave her overdoses of practically every vaccination when they faxed her records to another vet. The other cat eventually was put to sleep when they misdiagnosed her as having kidney cancer. She disease was fatal, but it was Polycystic Kidney Disease, which is a known breeding defect in Persian cats. In the end, I would up paying over $2,000 in vet bills needlessly, and I really did not have the money to spend.
PROS: I do not think all Banfield Hospitals are this bad.
CONS: Everything.
