I bought an expensive leather sectional (6000$) I had problems with it immediately. they sent out a claims representative who determined there was a problem...piece by piece problems occured to the point where they agreed to take the item back. Eventhough they determined the piece to be defective they would only give a store credit. I really didnt want to purchase morre from them as there was nothing else they carried that interested me. However I ordered a custom sofa/recliner and chair 1/2....Key City is the brand name. When it arrrived 8 weeks later the skirt did not lay properly as the frame was built up higher than the padding. The claims rep. came out again looked at it agreed it was an issue as once it is sat on the skirt bunches up over the frame and does not lay even close to the floor. I was told to buy some velcro and that should work. With all due respect why should I pay 6000$ for a second round of furniture and have to repair it myself? In summation the velcro,
