I, too, have fallen victim to the rude employees at Baxter's. I was looking for a costume for my son and called the store first. The told me they had the costume I was looking for. When I went to the store, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. They told me they didn't have it and then left me standing there. We decided to get something else, but there was no help to be found. I even stood in the middle of the showroom floor hollering "Help!!". I had to holler about 5 times before some man meandered out of the back room and just looked at me! I decided to forget it. If no one cares to help me, my money can go someplace else. Too bad, cause the do have a lot of stuff and are close by, but I'll never go there again.
