I'm sick of trying to love this place. It's been in Alton forever, whatever, I don't care. I've probably been there 3-5 times to make purchases and I'm done, this last time will be the last time. Their stock is ok, that's if you can get in there to see it because their hours suck. The main reason I will not go there anymore is that the staff is SO RUDE. You walk in and no one says a thing to you, don't expect to have anyone say hello and if they can help you find something. You could be in there wondering around for hours and I still bet on one would ever ask you if you needed help. I made the mistake of asking the lady at the balloon counter if this was all the make-up they had and she snapped at me "What kind of make-up?!" Uh, Halloween make-up lady, it's Halloween time. And the young lady at the front counter, well she was too concerned with her conversation with the other employee just standing there to say one word to me during my check-out transaction.
