I would NEVER recommend someone from renting from Curran and Company, they are a nightmare. Everybody is nice when you are in the signing the lease process, but after that it is all downhill. I went into the office one day to pay my rent, and Melissa (owner) told me that I had late fees and lockout fees that I had to pay. 1. My roommate or myself were NEVER locked out 2. Got Melissa to take the fee off and even signed the paper for me to say that it was off 3. I wrote a check for the other "co-called" late fees, but needless to say, when we moved out.. all of the fees were still all there!!! Does not add up.. I don't know why but for some reason they expect their apartments to look the same from time to time... Im sorry but after several years, an apartment is gradually going to look worse and worse (you are not going to be able to keep the brand new look forever) for some reason, they think this. Also, if you decide to rent from them, make sure you mark down every single little thing
