I have to confess that I am an employee of this salon. The inaccuracy of the person trying to get a jab at the owner is very upsetting. I have worked at this establishment for 6 years and yes am biased(ofcourse) but if you work with someone or have been a client for very long you KNOW that we are a very professional place and our owner is very business like and is all about making her place comfortable for clients and keeping her staff happy. Sorry but this person needs to get his or her facts straight and somewhat believable. I work right behind this person that is being jabbed at and if I can't even hear her conversations how can she?
