Review content:
These days it's hard to find a mechanic or garage that you can trust. Big O's is the only place I take my car if I can help it. So far we have been in 4 times for service and in each instance I have been really pleased with the outcome. On two occasions they didn't charge me a labor cost on a small part that had to be installed. Plus they always make time for customers to come in with big problems. I can usually bring my car in the next day after I call. I think of the shop as being pretty honest in a field that has a problem with their image.
