I FIRST STARTED COMING TO BIG O'S AUTOMOTIVE IN 1994 TO HAVE MY VEHICLES SERVICED AND THE OWNER TOM JOLLEY WAS A VERY NICE AND HELPFUL PERSON. I REFERRED ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEM AND I CANNOT EVER REMEMBER ONCE HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE THAT WORKED THERE FROM JEFF THE MANAGER ON THE FRONT COUNTER TO RICK AND GLENN OUT IN THE SHOP. THE WERE ALWAYS VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS PROMPTLY. SINCE MOVING OUT OF ALASKA AND DOWN TO WASHINGTON I STILL HAVE NOT FOUND A REPAIR SHOP THAT EXCEL'S THE WAY THAT THEY DO. AFTER MY FIRST FEW DEALINGS WITH THEM I LIKED THE COMPANY SO MUCH AND THEY WERE SO WARM AND FAMILY ORIENTED THAT I ENDED UP GETTING A JOB WITH THEM AND MUST SAY I CANT EVEN REMEMBER AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER LEAVING THEIR ESTABLISHMENT IN MY 3 1/2 YEARS THERE. I WISH ALL REPAIR SHOPS AND PEOPLE WERE LIKE THEM
