They are the best! They care about our pet and our wallet. I would recommend them to everyone! We are very happy with the service they have given us. They did not make us feel "bad" for not putting our dog on the heart worm prevention. They just recommend it and stressed why it is important. Their intention is not to intimidate you, rather to educate you so you can make the best decision for you and your pet.
